Hey, everyone! Long time no talk! I know it’s been, like, a whole month since I’ve said anything, which is pretty crazy and I am genuinely sorry about it. Between the commercial business and finals and class, and so many other things, I simply haven’t had time to log onto my laptop. Seriously. I’ve only been using the Julliard library computers in order to attempt to focus at least somewhat.

That said, I promise that I’m going to be back soon to answer all of your questions and update you on how the holidays are going for ‘Tana and I! Until then, I’d love to know how all of you are! I miss it here, and I really am sad about being away. Even Lord Tubbington has been busy.

McQueen is definitely Kurt’s cat. He just shredded one of my Brooks Brothers ties. Rest in peace (and pieces), you served me well.

Apparently my bowties have been declared the enemy.

I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little bored and totally unimpressed by the lack of questions waiting for me. I think some of you stalkers need to change that or you might actually risk me leaving this site and we all know how dull your lives would be then. Change my mood and hit me up.

Hello, interwebs! So, I know it’s been quite some time since I’ve updated (aside from the questions, I haven’t said anything since I first opened up this blog, and that’s embarrassing, but we’re moving on) and I figure it’s time to let everyone know what’s been going on, lately.

So, first thing’s first - school is amazing. Julliard is.. everything I’ve ever dreamed of and more. It’s getting me even more out of my shell than I thought was physically possible, and I get to do what I love to do every single day of my life. There’s tons of work, but it’s work that I actually like to do. I mean, does it get better than that?!

Oh, wait. Yes. Yes, it does.

As most of you know, Santana and I auditioned together for a Cheerios commercial a little while ago, and this past Monday, we revealed to our Monday Night Dinner Squad the scoop. WE GOT IT!

I am genuinely so proud of us and how far we’ve come - I know, it’s just a commercial, but it’s the gateway to so much more, and it just.. makes me so happy to know that moving to the city and doing everything we’ve always wanted is paying off. There have been some rough spots, but the majority of the past few months have been nothing but joyful. We’re going to start filming at the end of the month, around Halloween, and we’re going to finish it up mid-November. We will be on your television screens for viewing pleasure early 2016!

I keep getting so many questions about how great it must be to live with my wife (still weird to say, wife), and honestly? It’s the cherry on top of this giant, 100 tier cake. She is so supportive and to be able to share these experiences with her makes it all the better, as does being around all of my best friends. I’m speechless when it comes to all of this (seriously, if you ask me about it, I’ll just stutter and say the word ‘amazing’ five hundred times over) and I could not have asked for anything more.

I suppose this wasn’t really all that long of a post, but I felt the need to tell the world that Brittany S. Lopez-Pierce is taking over, and it’s the best feeling. Wherever the future takes me, I’m ready. Life is so extraordinary. Look out, world!
