I’m rewatching the good place because a friend of mine accidentally reminded me of how great it is, but mostly because /I/ need a reminder of the conclusions I reached when I watched it all the other times: that people make each other better. that it is worthy to be good, even if it just means you’re trying. that the answer is friends.

There is so much character development from s1 to s3 for the four humans and for Michael, but Janet saying she can’t feel sad and wailing at the sky to simulate crying compared to s3 Janet, devastated at being unable to be with the love of her life, crying real tears and hugging Tahani.... that is some extreme character development and I am such a fan.

I’ve watched Michael’s Gambit ~4 times now and every time I’m like “but HOW did we not guess tho like HONESTLY”
