Poppy likes attention, but from some people, she really wants their attention. Prior to meeting him, she was impressed with his performance in his arena. After meeting him, she found him to be lazy, a drunk, and fun to try to pry a smile out of. She’s happy to push his buttons and get under his skin if it means some kind of reaction. Even if she’s kinda mad at him for being a dick, she can’t blame him for giving a shit about his sister. Maybe they’ll never be friends, but she’s still going to always try to find him at the balls to ask what he has in his flask.
