On today’s episode of the Coronavirus Cooking Diaries, I give you Thai Chili style Whole Fried Fish. I bought a couple of whole Branzinos a while back and realized there was no way I was going to be able to cook them before they went bad so I threw them in the freezer for a rainy day and hoped they would still be good when I did cook them. I didn’t want to bake or broil them because I was worried about the texture so what’s a cook to do? Fry, fry, fry! I battered the fish and fried it in a heavy bottom pot, made the Thai inspired sweet and sour chili sauce 🌶 and fried the fish to a golden brown perfection? Who’s hungry? It’s delicious!
