Today:

- I didn’t have a single class with my Thai friends, but I spent he entire day with the exchange students - We made North American omelets for the Thai cooking class - I found out that the library is the perfect place to hangout during free time (it has A/C and wifi) - I embarrassed myself MANY times during Thai boxing class; we had an audience since it was right outside the cafeteria - I went to the Wednesday night market in Chumphae and bought four shirts, a watch, and some sleepwear that ended up being around 400฿ all told (around the equivalent of $13 😜) - I also tried a Thai donut today. They’re DELICIOUS.

Have Low Self Esteem?

Well boy do I have the answer for you!

Just go on exchange to Thailand, and be told that you’re beautiful 20+ times a day and everyone ask to have their picture taken with you! That should at least help a little ;)

Third Day of School:

Today, I spent mostly with the other exchange students from my school. We all helped out with school festival activities, went to a Thai cooking class, met the director of the school, had Thai mocha, and went to a Thai boxing class.

I had two periods with my class! I taught some of my classmates English numbers (in return, they taught me the writing of Thai letters), and they asked me some more questions that I saw they had written down on their phones; it was really cute :)

Tomorrow, I am suppose to have two Thai language classes, Chinese, and Thai art! I’m so excited!!

Second Day of School:

So, yesterday was probably just as fun as the previous. I got to spend a lot more time with my classmates :)

I had English class with them, and while the teacher was checking homework almost the entire class was asking me questions and teaching me some Thai. They tried to teach me Eisan (the local slang/language), but they quickly realized that it’s almost impossible for me to pronounce it.

I helped out with another English class, the same teacher as the first day!

Some of my classmates bought me lunch, and so in return I bought them ice cream :)

One of my classmates called me her friend, and even though it’s pretty lame, I almost cried when she did. Thankfully I didn’t though.

Everyone is so understanding and kind here! I absolutely love all the people I’ve met!

I Love How My Facebook Homepage Is Now Half In English and Half In Thai :)

So, I finally met my younger host sister and host brother today :)

Both my host sisters know English. Which is nice, but not at the same time. Just how it’s nice that I finally met the other exchange students yesterday. It’s REALLY nice being able to speak English to people, but it also makes me feel a little guilty for not speaking (correction *TRYING to speak*) Thai.

I start school this Monday! CANNOT wait for that! It’ll be so nice to finally have something set to do each day :)

Also! I’ve been trying to upload a new video for THREE days now to my YouTube channel, so STAY TUNED PEOPLE! It should be up by tomorrow (the Internet here doesn’t really like my computer :P)

Things I Have Done During My Second Day In Thailand:

- Gotten my uniforms for school

- Met my Rotary Club Counselor

- Visited my school

- Had non-breakfast food for breakfast

- Eaten Thailand’s version of Chinese food

- Had instant coffee

- Spent several hours with my host mom and aunt laughing about learning English and Thai together

- Taken a bath with no running water
