To the Anon: When I have panic attacks, I find it really helpful for people to just say absolute nonsense at me. It stops me over thinking and because I'm focused on silly things such as why is the end of a trumpet called the bellend, I stop thinking about why I was having a panic attack in the first place. Also, try having someone hold your hand. As you breathe in, get them to squeeze your hand, and you squeeze back, and then as you breathe out, release. Hope this helps :)

Just a little something I did. It's not perfect, I made a few mistakes, I just wanted some thoughts (lyrics are below) :3 EDIT: just noticed the skype noise, sorry. bit awkward.

I'm not even trying to be funny, but this just happened.

I had a maths exam, (GCSE HIGHER) and the question was to solve two simultaneous equations. I completely blanked, I had no idea. AND I KNOW IT'S LAME BUT BASICALLY I went to my own "mind palace" and spent five minutes running through every maths lesson I could ever possibly remember, to the point where an invigilator asked if I was ok because I looked like I was having a panic attack.

I KID YOU NOT NOW TUMBLR, IT WORKS. I was running through my maths teacher speaking and in my head I heard him say substitution and BAM it all came flooding back, and I answered the question and when I tested it, the answers I had worked.

I did the same with cumulative frequency, and I heard him say area and BAM it all came flooding back.

I just feel the need to get this out and to prove even though it's a program it has so many awesome real life applications and Sherlock just got me 4 marks on a paper :333333
