My qualifications: too many hours watching the shows I'm writing for.

Also I know that fandom tends to be for everyone and anything, and for "taking bits of canon and making our own thing", but I do have to admit that sometimes (okay, a lot of the time), my approach to fic writing is "I love this aspect of canon, I just want more of it."

Which is what happens when your favourite ship is canon but also somehow a rare pair lol because of short screen time.

If I can make a missing scene that fits like it fills in a gap, or expands on what we know? I've done my job. Plus it's just... fun.
