Gave a short message to the RIS TT graduates of Benguet province as DICT caps the 26 locations in 2017. This year, as their budget for RISTT is being doubled by the Senate thru Senator Sonny Angara, they will cover each province of the Philippines. Its great to be part of the advocacy. As I thank the department for making me a part of realizing the program's mission and vision led by Usec Mon Ibrahim, implemented by Ms Emmy Lou Delfin thru the regional offices, it's time to take a bow.
