Here's a reason why the consultation is SO important.. My client wanted to change up the undercut for a new style.. He sat on my chair and asked for a #4 on top and a mid-fade.. After discussing more on how he wants to style his hair, it was mentioned he wanted enough length to maintain a style.. I shared with him a #4 will be too short to style and suggested that we cut with shears instead of a guard .. This was the result and he couldn't be more pleased!
