AOE wants to share the recent condition of James|ANNOUNCEMENT
We are sending our new year’s greeting to all RP’s fans around the world.
Thank you for all your continuous love and support for RP and we truly hope 2017 will be a year of health and peace for everyone.
Today, we would like to take the opportunity to explain the recent condition and the future course of James
On June 11, 2015, James has gotten into an unexpected and tragic accident which caused an immense shock and wound to James himself, his beloved family, all members of Apple of the Eye and his precious fans.
Despite the circumstances, all three members of RP were determined in their belief in not giving up on each other and continuing in their musical career. Until recently, RP was continuing in their official activities and were enthusiastically preparing for their new album which is to be released in 2017.
Since the accident, James had to receive numerous surgeries on his wrist yet the nerves and functions have not been recovered till now. Shattered bones on his writs had been rotten away and distorted due to avascular necrosis and James had been suffering excessive pains day and night. However James had been taken his lumps and patiently did his best in hope till now.
Nonetheless, the pain was not only in his hand but started expand to other parts of his body. James especially had often pleaded about headache. Also, the posttraumatic stress had reached extreme level that James had no choice but needed to be at absolute rest.
In end of March, 2016, James visited his hometown, LA to receive better treatment for his injury and consulted with many specialists there. However, due to strong oppose of the inflictor, the plan had been foundered. Thus, he had to return to Korea to take reoperation and had been traveling to three to four hospitals for rehabilitation to continue in his recovery.
In mid-January, 2017 James proceeded examination to find reason for the severe headache and received seriously apprehensive news that doctors have found blood clot on his brain.
Apple of the Eye has decided that stability and peace of mind shall be the first priority to James and recommend that James shall return to LA where his family is at as soon as possible.
However, James has to remain in Korea a bit longer for the currently on going lawsuit for indemnification for damage and physical examination for the court case with the inflictor (Samchully Energy. Chai 797). James will be provisionally taking a leave from all his professional activities and focus on his recovery and lawsuits.
James is at a state of fragile and this is the time for all of us to put our hands and hearts together to pray for and support James that he can be back to the healthy and strong James as he was.
All of us at AOE respect the difficult decision James has made and will continuously pray and awaits for James that he will regain himself and meet back with all his fans at whenever he can.
All members of RP have faced many obstacles and pains of life since they were young.
However, none of the hardship could have stopped them from their passion for music and separated them from the fans who loved their music. Moon and Soo Yoon had never stopped and patiently walked through the difficult seasons and they will do their best in continue to so to take up the part of James in RP. We ask for your continuous support for Moon and Soo Yoon as they strive on their new journey
Apple of the Eye believes that RP will become stronger and more mature through this process of complete healing and restoration and we wish for RP to return to you soon.
