I've been reluctant to post this, but in a short while I will have my veganiversary (anniversary of one year being a vegan), and although I will make a post about it and everything, I've literally lost over 40 pounds since I switched. I can easily stop losing weight, so if you're worried about that, don't be. The reason I went vegan was not for health reasons at all. It was, and still is completely for animals. But at the time, I had no idea how bad meat, dairy and eggs were for people. I think I still would go plant based (because vegan and plant based are very different) even if I didn't love animals though, because of how much better it is for the human body. But yeah. This is literally amazing and I love it. [I can't post pics for my own personal safety so please don't ask]
