sooo errr RANDOM little rant about a comic nobody really cares or reads about but oh my god. i just came to a big ass realization about it.
(SPOILERS FOR TAM/THAT AWKWARD MAGIC!)
it’s genuinely so sad when you really think about the fact that any of ansel’s romantic interests dont genuinely love him back. like i need to reread the comic so forgive me if im remembering the lore wrong but the magic ansel has naturally attracts mortals and that’s really the only reason why a lot of mortals are drawn to witches. like kinda hypnotic. so it’s genuinely so depressing to think about that ansel is fucking right, evan doesn’t really genuinely love him. evan REALISTICALLY wouldn’t be with ansel if he didn’t have his magic, if evan wasn’t one of the more sensitive ones to magic. nobody that’s romantically interested in ansel has genuine love in their hearts, unless their witches or idk not as sensitive.
