I have always admired your work so much, and I love the way you use colors! May I ask, how does one get better at using lots of colors without making things look like a mess? Is there a system to it, or is it something that you just get better at over time?

there is definitely a system when it comes to color theory, but tbh i have no formal education on that sort of thing and i have no idea how to teach it to other people. i just take a bunch of colors i think are pretty and mash them together until my eyeballs like it.

for me it was it was definitely just something i picked up over time, just because i wasn’t really seeking it out yknow? everything i’ve learned with color has just been a lot of experimenting and observing what other people did until i found something i personally liked.

you can definitely learn the system faster if you really want to dive into some book learnins though, you can look up information on color theory and lighting, stuff like that! sorry i’m not much help lol
