...I kinda just want to rant about how amazing my girlfriend is, she just helped me get all my homework figured out and she made me a spreadsheet planner with when everything's due and when I can work on it and...she's just really amazing and helpful and just I wanna appreciate her and tell everyone how much I appreciate her because she's incredible and how would I do anything without her?

How do you find the time to cosplay? I really want to, but I don't have enough time on my hands. How long does it take to make a costume?
I wanted to cosplay since I was 14, it took me 5 years to finally find the money and time to make a costume. But that was also mostly because I always need to do everything by myself, so buying it wasn't an option. :)I sewed my first costume all by myself without ever having used a sewing machine. It turned out really well, but it took forever so maybe that's not a good idea for you. The Homestuck Cosplay wasn't all that complicated though, I got clothes from the store and changed some things.It's actually not that hard, if you don't want to do anything to extraordinaire and think creative. I think it depends very much on what you want to do. I'm not really experienced myself though, I only did two costumes until now... But in any case it is a very time and money consuming thing... :(Also, thank you for following me <3
