They’re Big Lads for sure. Väinö especially. He has volume and I also gaining mass. Fortunately my boys are so docile that you can use them as pillows and carry them around. None of them has ever scratched me (other than by playing too rough).

Also I’d actually thought of this before, just how Liam made a character that constantly chooses spells like Keyleth did and is ‘greedy’ like Vex, yet no one holds it against him. 

I think the boys are very aware of how unequal the perception is between them and the girls of the group. 

That being said, though, it doesn’t make it any less shitty that the ‘fandom’ is so unfair to the female players all the damn time.

I really love the 12th doctors speech tho... this might be my favorite... 11th's regen is fighting it for the top spot tho

Ahh, yes!! Thank you for dropping by to talk to me about Doctor Who. For as much as I’ve said I’ve grown out of the series, the following text is gonna prove that wrong so here we gooooo.

When it comes to speeches, 11′s is my favorite. I often find myself thinking about what he said: “We all change. When you think about it, we’re all different people all through our lives.” That’s something that’s stuck with me since it aired. I’ve had my say of Moffat’s writing, and I’ll continue to, but when he got it right, he really did. I was never a huge fan of his quirky “Bow ties are cool.” thing, but untying the bow tie and dropping it on the floor was powerful symbolism for the end of his run, especially if he was your Doctor.

12′s does something similar with the ring, but I think that only has impact if you know the ring has meaning to Capaldi in real life. Another sort of meta reference in his speech is, “Only children can understand our name.” Without that context it’s seemingly from nowhere, but to me it’s sweet all the same… correct me if I’m wrong though, I missed series 9 and 10. I don’t think 12′s actual speech is going to stick with me the same way, but at it’s core, the Doctor is reminding his future self to always be kind, which is the kind of thing I’m a sucker for.

Weaponizing 11′s regeneration was. Something. Something that kinda works, I suppose, considering 10 destroyed his TARDIS when he changed. New cycle made it more volatile? Sure, okay. The quick change after his speech kinda just thrust 12 into existence. 11 had his time, and it’s time to move forward. But I love what they did for 13 very much. The second we take to breathe as she does, backlit by the fog, before she stumbles forward and see her reflection in the console. I also love the use of 9′s theme, though I can understand why someone else might not. I picked a good time to start watching again, though that cliffhanger is gonna drive me nuts until autumn. Have a nice trip, Doctor… see you next fall.

So obviously I talked a liiiiittle more about more than just the speeches. But god I love me a good regeneration scene. It’s sad to watch an actor go, but exciting to see what the new one brings to the table.

I like how they resolved the "Superman not wanting to be a father" situation by them becoming brothers instead. Wished it wasnt mostly offscreen but at least they didnt leave that open

Oh yes! I mean as much as my favorite thing is Good Dad Bruce, I also love that they allowed Clark to have faults and like he was trying hard but it was a very complicated situation that he was put in, so yeah I’m very glad about the solution they found for it in the end.
