Finally got to the next glue-up on this test Yosegi block. Started the work day on Monday ready to grab a kanna and start cleaning up the 4x4 blocks. Thought I'd give the kanna a quick sharpening. It was worse than I thought. And then I checked the dai, and it too was in bad shape. So I also checked my first kanna. One I hadn't used since I got my Chiyozuru into service. Anyway, so that was most of my week. But now I'm happy with both of them.
