[ But in all seriousness, Hiei tries not to think too much about Hina. She existed, but had no part in his life at all. He's not really sure what it would even mean to have a mother, and he doesn't get any positive examples of familial attachment until he meets Kurama.
[ As someone who's so detached from others just in general, I think the only kind of feeling Hiei has for Hina is gratitude. He exists because of the choices she made, even if those choices killed her in the end. He does not feel she is at fault for what happened, at least not in the same way he feels their father is at fault.
[ Hiei has no positive memories of Hina at all, so it's hard to say he really has any sort of positive association with the idea of her. She was real. She existed. And that's about as deep as it gets. Any other real feelings he might have about it are just too deeply repressed to make a difference.
