This, this right here. How many times have you seen men's captains hug before the match? Offer a hand to someone they've just tackled? Encourage the opposing players after a crushing defeat? This is what you don't get in men's football: sportspeopleship, a sense of unity, real respect for each other. The women get it, take pride in the fact that they know that at the end of the day they're all here for the same thing and with the same passion and love residing in their hearts. And you don't know how happy it makes me to watch this and finally have truly positive footballing role models.
