Digital CNC plasma design with milling option for DIY. Includes DXF files, assembly instructions and Aspire files. The working area is 830mmx1330mm, and can be enlarged easily. Elements laser cut from 5mm steel or aluminum plate in the case of the gate. Movement system adapted to hiwin 20mm and 1610 ball screws. Dimensions 1500,1000,300mm hiwin. In the project, I used an underwater cutting table. Insulated from the frame with polyamide rollers. It can be used to leave and insert the router table. I recommend nema 23 425oz 3NM and PROMA electronics with THC. The z axis has a floating head with a limit switch. It can be removed to use the Kres spindle. I recommend making the X and Z axes of aluminum. Elements welded with an overlap. Of course, I can help and I can help you modify the device to your needs.
The cost of laser cutting is about 150 euros including material. A set of hiwin plus screws about 500 euros. I designed the machine for precision cutting.
