X and Z axis mounting system for plasma cnc it should be cut from the aluminum weighing less than 3 kg. However, I chose steel for this project and the weight increased to 8kg. It is very stiff and should do good for light milling too.

Digital CNC plasma design with milling option for DIY. Includes DXF files, assembly instructions and Aspire files. The working area is 830mmx1330mm, and can be enlarged easily. Elements laser cut from 5mm steel or aluminum plate in the case of the gate. Movement system adapted to hiwin 20mm and 1610 ball screws. Dimensions 1500,1000,300mm hiwin. In the project, I used an underwater cutting table. Insulated from the frame with polyamide rollers. It can be used to leave and insert the router table. I recommend nema 23 425oz 3NM and PROMA electronics with THC. The z axis has a floating head with a limit switch. It can be removed to use the Kres spindle. I recommend making the X and Z axes of aluminum. Elements welded with an overlap. Of course, I can help and I can help you modify the device to your needs.

The cost of laser cutting is about 150 euros including material. A set of hiwin plus screws about 500 euros. I designed the machine for precision cutting.

Yesterday's event at Expo Cracovia. We used a hyper simulator and a modified version of the apex simulator. For several years, we have been using our own software also on commercial simulators.

It was one of the simplest projects. I like him very much. Static simulator with full regulation.Parts exposed to scratches made from stainless steel. Allen screws, holes shaped on the press. Simple and pleasant :)

In the picture we can see our last party in Rzeszów. Two simulators in a simplified frames from 8020 profiles. Currently, they are being prepared for aircraft modyfications like buttons and ww2 fighters cockpit design. On this event we used DIRT 3 and Il 1946 BAT mod.
