What is Power?
Power is control over objects.
The first question I’m thinking is “What is power not?” Being unable to have control over your own body. Is it just over me? No, if you could have control over other people as well.
So power is having control over oneself and others. Well yes it it. What if you have control over money or materials, would that be power? Yes it would. So power is having control over people and resources? Yes it is.
Control is determining what happens to something and resources are things that you have control of. If you had control over non human things would that still be control? Yes. So it’s over living things and non-living things or animate and in-animate objects.
So power is control over objects.
Just a short one today but a definition I’ve been dying to understand and explain.
