season 7, episode 22: There Will Be Blood

Sam and Dean have to eat healthy until processed foods stop being tainted with Dick juice Leviathan goo, so Sam buys up a bunch of bananas and other fresh produce.

Later, Dean says, "I can't do this. I can't live on rabbit food, I'm--I'm a warrior!" Sam laughs and assures him he’ll be fine.

In this shot, we can see that Sam is carrying tomatoes, radishes, red cabbage, at least one orange, lettuce or possibly kale, and carrot greens, presumably attached to carrots. It's a colorful collection and might make a good salad, though not a very filling one. I hope there are potatoes (or rice, or beans, or some other grains) in that bag.

Honorable mention: The boys use an unexplained ritual very similar to the angel-summoning one, mystery plants and all, to summon Crowley.

Roberta Frances had a gift for observation. She didn’t just notice things—though she did, with unnerving precision—she also understood them. The slightest quiver in a voice, barely detectable to the untrained ear, betrayed a flicker of doubt. The angle of a plush chair, strategically placed at the head of a conference room table lined with lesser chairs, spoke volumes about the power dynamics at play. Human interaction was a subtle but powerful language woven into every gesture and word.

She didn’t judge; she simply knew .

Of course, there had been a time—back when she was younger and perhaps a touch more ‘judgey’—when she might have drawn a few unfair conclusions. Early in her career, her fiery temper and sharp tongue had earned her a reputation. In those days, she had often reacted poorly to the flaws and fallibilities of others, mistaking them for malice or disobedience.

But age had tempered her. With experience came wisdom, and with wisdom came clarity. Roberta Frances had been around a great deal longer than anyone in this office—or any other—could possibly guess.

At this stage of her life, she was the wisest, clearest motherfucker in the room.
