What's your headcanon about Henry's involvement in Freddy's after his daughter's death?

Henry was always the creative guy.. So after Charlie death he basically does the same thing.. The one in charge of the company officially is William but he's too busy with his fun murder time to really care much so the 1 who's actually in charge is more like the manager of the restaurant.

Throw line Henry just sits in his workshop most days making robots or being sad sometimes when hes feeling productive he does both.
