Tommy Thayer’s Incredible Invasion Adventure (Part 1?)

It’s time. What happens when KISS retires and Vinnie/Vivian wants to really go on out with the Invasion? Well, he gets Tommy. Tommy tours with the Invasion in the first half of 2024 and the second half of 2025, and beyond, of course. Now, you might want to know who fills in when Tommy is out trying to get his life sorted out again after having a ‘surprise’ daughter (Tommy, please). Well, I’ll give you a hint: Eric recommended him, he’s really chill, he’s got some prosthetic limbs, and also has a majestic mane of hair. I’ve also vaguely mentioned him before by one of the names Viv calls him. Oh yes. If you’ve guessed, I’m sure you’re excited. But we’ll get to him after Tommers. (Tommy gets called variations of Tommathy, Tom, Tommy (duh), and Tomcat.)

(You know, Tommy seems to keep getting wedged between neurodivergents everywhere he goes and it’s funny to my autistic ass.)

Yes, poor Tommy lets Vivian/Vinnie dress him up. Sometimes. Against his better judgement. But if Tommy really, really doesn’t want to work it, he’s always allowed to say no. So why does he allow his shorter shredder buddy to dress him up anyway? Maybe it’s because there’s something endearing about somebody cooing over how pretty he is. Oops.

Tommy has legs for days, sooooo. (Note: not pictured: a zipper was added to the bodysuit and somebody managed to get the duster with silver instead of lilac backing)

@shoot-u-full-of-luv insists Tommy is built like a fridge. I mean… yeah. But like a tree too. Like…. An oak tree. Or as I call him, Tommy the Teak. Where was I going with this?

“V, I am too old— and long!— for crop tops!”

“Nonsense, Tomcat! 🥺”

“Please tell me you got a bolero...”

“No. But that’s what I thought you’d say, so I also got the pants. You have the shorts if you get too hot under the lights! I know you layer sometimes.”

“Ah. A choker… though?”

“Yes. :3”

Eric 🐱dubbed this one The Vampire Tommy. Tommy’s thrilled about it. (He’s not, but he’s glad it’s got decent coverage. Mostly.) Eric tells Tommy folks dig chest hair still. He’s got the Tumblr comments to prove it. It starts with Eric asking his lurkers if Tommy would look good in a plunge suit. There’s a resounding yes. It ends with Tommy— well.

(It was requested in sparkly blue jewel- a dark midnight, glittering blue- and with a ruffle trim at the chest. Snazzy!)
