I can draw my own interpretation of it, though I have to note:

This is technically not my 'concept'. I've heavily taken inspiration from Takebayashi's 'The Conception' (A fanwork from the TWST Beckon of the Mirror 2021 event) The main adjustments I made were the removal of spinning wheels along the body as well as the mask.

Again, I've trimmed some concepts, and added some muscle detail around the wings, and given him a dragon's ear fins.
