It is really, really, really easy for me to spout off whenever I get mad. There’s so much in my country and my world that infuriates me.
If I got up in arms about everything that made me mad, I would get burned out so quickly.
But yes, there is a time and a place for anger. Anger is a necessary part of life.
Here’s the thing; when you get upset about something that is not worth it, but in the moment it “feels right”, you devalue your time, your energy, and your emotions.

Absolutely get up in arms for what matters. However, do not hurt someone or something by acting out harshly or rashly.
I will not sing a hateful song, though it’s in me to sing.
In some cases, it means more to, not bottle yourself, but slow yourself. Take in the moment. Value your audience.
