What is The Vanishing Act?
The Vanishing Act is a brand new 12(ish)-part audio drama--we’re a comedy set in the 1930s about a disappeared French magician and a group of characters who are obsessed with him. It all kinda spins out rapidly from there, though...

What’s it about?
In 1699, a magician at the height of his fame vanishes in the middle of his act—along with his entire audience.
In 1933 Berlin, August "Augie" Eckhart finds himself in possession of a set of notes that might explain how he did it...if Augie can get over his own hubris enough to find someone who actually speaks French. Crossing paths with an American con-man, an unfortunately-named engineer, a British novelist, and a psychic duck (really), the journey takes him across Berlin, Paris, Hollywood, and maybe time and space as they all attempt to unfold the mystery of THE VANISHING ACT.
A farce, a historical satire, a con, and a disappearing act all at once, the show finds a slew of off-color characters at odds with art, fame, magic, and history in the making!
