We finally meet Luther Mahoney, one of the most iconic and notorious villains of the entire series. He's smooth and like teflon. Nothing seems to get him arrested and accountable.

Meldrick and Mike already can't stand the man.

The subplot between Mike and the young teacher was sweet (and a pair I definitely shipped!)

But the scene when Mike goes into the building and has a confrontation. From the music, to the camera angles, to that speech...one of the most haunting scenes of the entire series.
