There was this theory about Napstablook’s birthday(or creation or whatever) and it came to the conclusion that is was XX22, long before Asgore and Toriel broke up and way before Frisk decided to visit the realm of Monsters. So, of course, my brain fills in 1922, the time of gangsters and Speakeasies.

Because why not

The thought of this band of freakish misfits running a Speakeasy (the Dapper Blook) and facing opposition on all sides and staying successful in that time before possibly dying horrifically in 1922 to turn into the ghosts - and robot - we all adore is too good of an idea to pass up!
