George Bradley - The Devil's Tool - Pendulum - 1970
I've been doing a lot of writing today.
@glaiveweek day 5: Fate change AU. The Oracle Prompto and his Glaives make a pact with Ifrit.
So after staring at a blank Word document for five hours I managed to write two sentences. I have determined that will be enough for my brain to look at tomorrow (or, uh, today, according to the clock that is taunting me) and go, “Oh, that’s what I meant,” and be able to pick up where I left off (which, less you forgot, I left off after two sentences). Sleep is for the weak and today I am very weak.
(Video games may or may not have contributed to this problem but I’ll never tell.)
Sometimes I agonize over one fic for five days. Sometimes I write two in a fit of madness over the course of three and a half hours because I can’t decide which one I like better and, well, shit, I’m still awake so I might as well.
