Save a horse, RIDE A COWBOY logan
The sun was dipping below the horizon, casting a golden glow across the rolling hills of the ranch. Sweetheart stood by the corral, watching Logan from a distance as he worked with the horses. The man was all muscle and grit, the worn denim jeans clinging to his legs, the sweat-drenched shirt stretching across his back as he moved with ease. He was wild, untamed—just like the land they lived on.
Logan glanced up, catching her watching him. A slow grin spread across his face, and he tipped his hat, the smirk on his lips telling her he knew exactly what she was thinking. She blushed, even though she tried not to. Logan had that effect on her—he always did.
He sauntered over, his boots kicking up dust as he approached, his swagger unmistakable. When he reached her, he didn’t say a word at first. He just looked at her, his gaze lingering on her lips before sliding down her body, taking in every inch of her like he had all the time in the world.
“Been thinkin’ about you all day,” he finally murmured, his voice low and husky as he moved closer, his body towering over hers.
Sweetheart swallowed, her heart pounding in her chest. “Is that so?” she asked, trying to sound casual, but failing miserably. Logan’s presence always made her feel off balance, in the best possible way.
He grinned, a hand reaching out to tuck a loose strand of hair behind her ear. His touch sent a shiver down her spine. “You know it is, sweetheart.”
She could feel the heat between them, a tension that had been building all day. Logan’s eyes darkened, his gaze hungry, full of desire. Before she could respond, he closed the distance between them, his lips crashing down on hers. The kiss was hot, demanding, full of everything they’d both been holding back.
Logan’s hands were rough as they slid down her back, pulling her against him, pressing her body to his. Sweetheart’s hands found their way into his hair, tugging lightly, drawing a low groan from his throat. His lips trailed down her neck, his stubble scratching deliciously against her skin, making her gasp.
“I want you,” he growled against her throat, his voice rough with need.
Sweetheart pulled back slightly, just enough to look into his eyes. “Then take me,” she whispered.
Logan didn’t need any more encouragement. In one swift motion, he lifted her up, her legs wrapping around his waist as he carried her to the barn, kicking the door open with his boot. Inside, the hay scattered on the ground cushioned their fall as he gently laid her down, hovering above her.
His hands slid up her thighs, pushing her dress higher as his lips claimed hers again. The world outside disappeared, leaving only the two of them in that moment, their bodies tangled together in the heat of their passion. Logan’s touch was rough, but his movements were tender, every brush of his hand, every kiss, setting her body on fire.
Sweetheart moaned as his lips traveled lower, his hands exploring every inch of her. The barn walls echoed with the sound of their breathless whispers and quiet gasps, the intensity between them growing with every passing second.
When it was over, they lay together in the soft hay, Logan’s arm wrapped possessively around her waist. The stars twinkled through the cracks in the barn’s roof, casting a soft light over them. Sweetheart rested her head on his chest, her body still buzzing with the aftermath of their love.
“You’re somethin’ else, sweetheart,” Logan murmured, his fingers tracing lazy circles on her back.
Sweetheart smiled, feeling completely content in his arms. “And you’re trouble,” she teased, looking up at him with a playful grin.
Logan chuckled, his deep voice rumbling in his chest. “Yeah, but you wouldn’t have it any other way, would you?”
She laughed softly, pressing a kiss to his lips. “No,” she admitted, her voice soft. “I wouldn’t.”
And in that quiet moment, with the stars shining above and Logan holding her close, Sweetheart knew she was exactly where she was meant to be.
