i came up with this after watching one singular dead by daylight video. i do NOT know dbd lore 🔥🔥
the spectre and the entity (dbd) are brothers
also the spectre only took Jason to piss off the entity. it doesnt even like jason very much, and really had to make up some stupid justification for why it should get him
The Spectre gives off younger sibling copying their older sibling bc it seemed cool vibes.
An violent and brutal captor subjugating all within its bounds
A glee-filled creature delighting in the misery of its captives favoring some
A clinical parasite silently observing those it holds without feeling

This is more a “how do you characterize it” question rather than a question with an answer. But I’m not as well-versed as I should be. If there is an answer, someone let me know! Always happy to learn more lore.
It was dark out. So dark that you could hardly see, the moon becoming more and more dim behind the trees. You were going deeper into the darkness of the woods, rather than the outer edges, where all the killer territories were. It made Frank nervous. This area was unknown to killers and survivors, and if he had to guess, he would say it was near wherever the void was.
“So, what are we testing it on?” Frank asked nervously. You paused for a moment, pulling a lighter from your pocket, so you could have a better look at your surroundings, gazing around before you spoke, as if you were hiding a secret. “The Entity.”
“How are you going to do that? I mean, how do you even know she’s out here?” He remarked, trailing after you as you continued on.
“I read it somewhere, in one of Vigo's journal entries. I mean, it kind of makes sense. None of the killers are ever this deep in the woods. There has to be a reason for it.”
A crow cawed loudly, flying away and making Frank jump. “Maybe the reason why no one’s out here is because it’s creepy as hell.”
“C’mon, you can’t seriously be scared. After everything we did together this should be a walk in the park.” You remarked.
“Yeah right, pissing off a multidimensional god-like being is ‘a walk in the park.’ Sure. You can’t test it out on anything smaller?”
You stopped and turned back to face him, a frown on your lips. “No. We’ve already struggled enough to find this serum. The moment the entity finds out we have it, it won’t be good. She probably already knows, so we have to act fast. But if you’re that scared, you can go back to the lodge and I can do this myself, okay?”
Frank paused, hearing something. Those familiar whispers, that scratch in the back of his head. The Entity’s calling. The voice that overtook his mind in trials, unleashing that murderous side in him, now dulled down to a soft whisper, but it was the clearest it has ever been.
“Frank? What? What is it?” You were concerned now, noticing the shift in Frank’s demeanor.
“She’s close by. I- I can feel it. She wants us to stay away.” You stood in place, unsure what to do. Frank wanted to listen to her. He should listen to her, but all he could think about was how hard you worked for this. Fighting tooth and nail, doing whatever you could to get you back to your sister. All he could think about was how happy you would be if you could see her. If you could be with her. If you could be free. “Let’s keep going.”

As you got closer, there were more hints of The Entity’s presence, it’s claws poking out from the ground, the trees twisted and contorted, multiple crows sitting on the branches and staring at you, and of course The Entity’s voice growing louder and louder in Frank’s head, demanding him to keep you away, to hurt you, to tear you apart. The urge became stronger with each passing moment. But how could he?
He winced in pain, as he felt her anger at his refusal, making his head throb, almost disorienting him. “Frank, are you sure you’re okay?”
“I’m fine. Just keep going.” He hissed between gritted teeth. You did as told, and soon enough, you stumbled upon her, claws standing out from a sinkhole in the ground, all leading up to..darkness..but there was something moving around there. Something alive. Something you couldn’t comprehend.
Taking a deep shaky breath, you approached one of the legs, pulling the serum out from your pocket. This was it. Your chance to finally get out of here. To finally be free. You gazed over at Frank, who nodded at you, giving you the okay to go.
You injected the serum into the leg, causing the leg to shrivel up, and The Entity to make a loud, screaming sound, the ground shaking beneath you. You fell over onto Frank. His eyes were fluttering slightly, the pain over taking him. You grabbed his face, getting him to look at you. “Frank, Frank, stay with me.”
“Mm- yeah, ‘m here.” His eyes were lidded, and slightly dazed but he was conscious and lucid. Good. You needed him awake for this. You needed him. You squeezed him tightly, hugging him, before pulling away and looking into his eyes.
“Thank you. Thank you so much for all of this. I’m going to miss you more than anything. I-” Before you could finish your sentence, you cried out in pain, feeling the entity’s claw pierce right through your abdomen, impaling you on her claws. Blood spilled from your lips as you heard Frank scream out your name, reaching out for you.
The Entity dragged you down into the dark abyss below, and you stared at Frank, getting one last look at him.

You were getting a sick sense of Deja vu. Once again, you were floating around the darkness, light and weightless, and once again, there was that small light, followed by that same bearded man. But there was something different about him. Something off.
An orange iridescence dripped from him, the same that was and when he opened his eyes, they were matching, with a deep glowing orange. The eye he held in his hand was…humanlike, staring right at you, and when he spoke, he sounded different, almost as if he was speaking tongues, his voice distorted but somehow, you understood.
“You are a persistent one, human. It is almost admirable.”
The ground shook when he spoke, so loud and demanding, overwhelming you.
“I don’t mean any harm. I- I just want to be free.” You said, soft and meek, trying to plead with the divine being.
The man’s features darkened. “No. You are lucky. You should be rotting away in the void right now, but you are important to many here. You will never leave. You have no choice. I am greatly displeased with your constant undermining. However, your determination humors me. So, I will keep you. But you are not to make any attempts again.”
You began to fade into the darkness, once again, but you found your voice, speaking up.
“Wait. You can try all you want, but I won’t give up. No matter what, I’ll keep fighting. I’ll find a way, and if I won’t, then Frank will. But, I will stay here on one condition.”
The man reappeared, and claws wrapped around you stabbing into you painfully and making you cry out in pain. The claws forced you close to the man, looking into his glowing eyes, seeing nothing but an endless fire and hunger in them.
“You think you can give me conditions?”
“I know I can. You can throw me into the void, but just like Vigo, there will always be traces of me around. Traces for someone else to pick up and start with, and the person after that, and the person after that. Unless I destroy them, and stop it all now.”
The grip on you lightened. “...What is this condition?”
- Language barriers are a common problem for new survivors. Whenever a new one pops up in the campfire, the group’s first course of action is to figure out what language they speak, since they can’t do much else until that’s sorted out
-The entity has sapped the survivors of most of their physical strength, but heightened their stamina and durability. Which was a bit of shock for survivors like Chris Redfield when he realized he couldn’t just punch a hole in the killer and call it a day. That being said, it’s usually still his first instinct to fight the killer
-The survivors share items they recover from trials, and ration them to make sure nobody goes in empty handed. A lot of toolboxes and flashlights have been wasted by survivors throwing them at killers in a panic
-The only reason Dwight is considered the leader of the group is because he’s been here the longest. Whenever somebody new shows up in the fog, they’re directed right to him. He’s shown everyone the ropes, and still doesn’t really have the slightest clue how he’s managed to last this long
-That being said a lot of people have their doubts with him. This scrawny little white guy?? We’re gonna follow his lead?? Grizzled survivors like Bill or Ash seem like a much better candidate. But nobody else can rally the group together and motivate them like him. He doesn’t know how he does it either.
-Yun-jun Lee was HORRIFIED by the state of the campfire when she first arrived. She’s sat in the lap of luxury for so long that even the thought of getting her shoes dirty made her physically ill.
-Claudette and David are pretty close, considering how his main skill set involves taking hits, and hers involves healing them. His recklessness gives her heart palpitations.
-Within trials, survivors gain superhuman healing abilities, able to seal up wounds that would normally be lethal. Not fully, just enough to keep their organs from spilling out until they can get patched up by a medkit or another survivor. This isn’t always a positive though- If a survivor is left on hook long enough, their body will begin to mend itself around the hook, lifting them off from it just tears a new wound in them.
-The RE squad sticks together, god forbid they end up in a trial together, it’s every killers worst nightmare. They’re coordinated as fuck
-The only animals in the vast field surrounding the campfires are crows and rats. Several attempts to hunt them have been made, none have been successful. The survivors haven’t eaten in a very long time, they’re so hungry that even the rotted meat hung up in cold wind is starting to look appealing.
-The crows aren’t actually creations of the entity, they’re just prone to finding their way into the realm. They have a symbiotic relationship with it. The abundance of death within the realm is basically an all-you-can-eat-buffet for them, so long as they help the entity out when needed.
Cw: Monsterfucking, overstimulation and manipulation
The sounds of squelching and moans sound through the room as the entity pumps her tentacles into your sensitive areas.
You choke on them as you look at your body with tears in you eyes, there were tentacles all around you mid air as they pumped you full.
The feeling of alien like arousal in your stomach was almost intoxicating. It was absolutely disgusting yet incredible. You can feel yourself reaching your 6th orgasm as you beg for mercy.
The entity’s multiple voices laugh around you as your eyes roll back as you cum. They laugh at you as they begin to choke you and you sob out even more.
She realizes your trying to speak and pulls out of your throat enough to make your words somewhat coherent.
“Mpmh~ n-no m-morsss!! P-pw-ease!” You manage to get out through your raw throat. She laughs at you. “If you can take a few more orgasms mortal you can take a break from trials for a week.” That perked your interest.
You suck up your fear and her tentacles as you begin to work for a well deserved break. No more dying and this wasn’t the worst thing? Getting fucked for a vacation, why not? Anything for freedom right?
