Did you saw the video of the emilia's eyebrows for omaze on her instagran? I loved it. however, a part of the video that caught my attention was the rhetorical question she asked: will jon and dany have sex before they discover they're close ?. I know the video doesn't mean anything, but you think it's possible that there's another sex scene between them (maybe before they reach winterfell)? Also emilia formulated that question as if both of them will discover it at the same time.

I don’t think we’ll get another sex scene between Jon and Da€nerys. I think we will start the next season with the arrival at Winterfell. Speaking from a narrative perspective the Jon€rys sex scene served its purpose which is fulfilling the “accidental incest” trope that is a frequent companion to the “secret parentage” trope, and the “Targ restoration de luxe” (Jon€rys as a couple on the throne) as the prevalent red herring has been duly teased with this. Even in the case that there will be a baby, - which might happen, as I have said several times - once is enough. Since I am convinced that the narrative purpose is not to establish a romance, there is no use for a further sex scene. If they had wanted to do romance, they could have done so several times, but they didn’t. I doubt they’ll start now.

And yes, Emilia formulated the question as if both of them will discover it at the same time, which I think is highly unlikely. From a narrative perspective the RLJ reveal is meant to create tension between them and that works even better, if they don’t learn about it at the same time. Jon will learn before Da€nerys, I am sure and he will try to keep it a secret. When she learns she will feel doubly betrayed, because Jon has a claim and he did not tell her.
