Hey guys, just a reminder! The government makes memes out of current serious issues like ICE or the Epstein files to desensitize you and make it seem less important, easier to move on from. But ICE is still active, families are being split up, children are being raped in ICE institutions, people are being killed. If you read about it on reddit, you will see a lot of threads and comments mentioning that Musk is not in the files. Some expressing surprise, others generally lamenting what's in the files but noticing offhand that Musk isn't there.
However. These are bots.
They tend to have what appears to be an active history of posting, but it's all memes in the same general format posted to large subreddits. Now, they're all posting about how Musk is not in the Epstein files.
Read that again. There are a large number of bot accounts on reddit, all now specifically claiming that Musk is not in the files.
This is a lie.
Musk is all over the goddamn files.
I'm not going to make any claims as to who this network of bots belongs to. You can come to that conclusion on your own. I'm just making sure that when you see this claim, you won't fall for it. Other celebrities and billionaires are likely also taking disinformation measures. Be conscious of this.
