I genuinely can’t study anymore. I’ve been studying for the GRE for the past 6 months and my brain is at full capacity. But I’m so scared to take the exam and do bad and have to retake it

Me: trying to memorize a list of random, useless words.

My parents: singing Christmas songs and interrupting every few seconds with random bits of information.

Eventually I will stop talking about this stupid test. Until then, I apologize.

Dying Light 2

Musings: The GRE did not fall.

Well.  It did.  Eventually.  Much like everything else, but somehow it managed to stick around, despite of their original plans to weaponize the virus leaking to the world.  

Maybe because they had Antizin.  Maybe they were the only viable option.  But it wasn’t enough.

That is, if the concept art for Dying Light 2 is an accurate representation of what we will be seeing in the game.

This poster clearly shows that their efforts were still around, long after Harran. For better or worse? 

I am dying to find out.

Just found my notebook i used when I was prepping for the gre. 3 subject notebook, 150 pages, filled front and back. Into recycling you go!

My gre scores came in

First let me tell you that I had a hyper realistic dream in which my scores came in and I had scored a 0 on my essays. To score a 0, you would have to turn in 2 blank documents. Two. You would have to actively not type anything while staring at the prompt for a combined one hour. And I wrote two 5 pragraph essays in an hour. I typed my little fingers off. There was no way I could get a 0 on the essay portion. And yet, my brain was convinced I got a 0. So. My scores came in. And my raw scores for both verbal and Quant stood (yay!) And I got a 4.5 combined average for my essays! Yay! I don't need to re take it! I am free from the gre!!

Alrighty kids it is d day. Well, t day. Auntie snorfflez is gonna go take the gre so she can finally go to grad school. And if you could all pop over to original-blue and thank her for driving that would be gr9.
