There have been 15 million vaccines administered in the UK.
That is more than the populations of Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland COMBINED (~10.5 mil in 2019)
Whereas England has a population of 56.3 mil
I'm not entirely sure what my point is here but y'know.
It annoys me that not only could my entire country have been given the first vaccine by now, but the entirety of Wales and N. Ireland as well, with millions to spare.
And yet none of my family or anyone I know up here (aside from my gran as she's in a care home and was thus first priority - though she still didnt get it until WEEKS after she was supposed to) has seen hide nor hair of it.
About 12 million people have received the first does just in England, plus another half million have gotten their second dose.
