🤔 Tell us one of your favorite Silm headcanons. Can be one that's out in the wild or a personal one!
At this point, my headcanons have headcanons! It's hard to choose. I think in general my favourite headcanons are all those around elves and disabilities, like the popular fanon of Idril wearing prosthetic legs or my own (with @camille-lachenille aiding and abetting) of Míriel, Celegorm and Celebrimblor having EDS.
My favourite thing at the moment to poke at is my little village of disabled elves in Lórien (in Aman). It's called Nassalondë and it's on the shore of the lake of Lórellin, and the population is largely made up of elves born disabled who were left there by their parents (following a... misunderstanding between the elves and the Valar regarding the nature of Valinor) or who became disabled later in life and went to Lórien to heal, but ended up staying. My main character there is an OC, Merenantë (a violist with a TBI, also Maglor's spouse), but we might also cross paths with Míriel, Findis, Lalwen, Celebrían, a son of Ingwë, various participants (on both sides) in the Kinslaying at Alqualondë, a number of OCs and in some way or another, pretty much every elf I've given a disability to in one of my AUs (which, in the bark of our bones, is very nearly everyone).
