I often wonder what kind of person Portagas D. Rouge was. She captured the heart of the famed Pirate King, who was known for being wild and unstable. She calmed the wildness inside of him, and brought out his fatherly instinct. She brought into life a child after carrying him for 20 months, to protect him. And she died soon after. I wonder what it was that Roger fell in love with. Was it the way she laughed? Her scattering of freckles? Her affinity towards flowers? I wish I knew more about her.
