RADAR: The Lionheads
The Lionheads will never be accused of being too cerebral, experimental or even left of center. The Norwegian band keep their music as as comfortable -- and perhaps a bit as blandly predictable -- as a warm, sweet and tasty bowl of oatmeal on a wintry morning. Of course, that gastric analogy also hints at some nutrition in there as well. In between the Fray-meets-Coldplay melodies and lyrics that occasionally dip deep into cliche (perhaps we can toss it off on language challenges), The Lionheads head straight for the big, hummable and sharp mainstream hooks. New album "Human Walk" gets a stateside release this spring.
Damn this song is so freaking epic! It starts off with such a slick guitar riff that just straight away caught my interest. Then the vocals and an absolutely epic chorus, I can already tell I am gonna get seriously addicted to this song - Jakk
