Aha, ik I haven't posted Elias/tgs stuff in forever (and still need to do that promised rundown/intro post for Elias, sobs) ANDDDD it's late af (literally 10 minutes until the 23rd ends for me) BUT, today was officially a year since I had first posted him anywhere!! Happy birthday Elias! My son is one year old,,,, and I've already said this multiple times in other places, but thank you to everyone that has ever interacted with or encouraged me in creating any of the characters or pieces I've ever made. This silly little following I never expected to gain literally means the world to me, and I don't think I'll ever stop being grateful for all the friends I've made, ily guys <333

Otherwise!!! I wrote a last minute little birthday oneshot for him :3 I originally was trying to get the next A Little Identity chapter done but it's been giving me some issues, so I did this instead!! I hope you guys like it, even if it's a bit lackluster lmao

"Happy birthday Elias," he smiled at the other, giving his shoulder a gentle squeeze, "go on, It's your party." With that utterance, tears finally started falling from Elias's eyes, quickly rubbed away with the back of his hand. His party--and it was a real one, not one of those stuffy balls where well dressed folk would kiss up to his family--the only parties he had ever received as Lanyon. But this wasn't even Lanyon's party, this was his, because he wasn't Robert Lanyon anymore. He wasn't above these people--he was an equal, and had been for a full year. ----- I.e, Elias celebrates a full year of being his own person, unexpectedly beloved by the scientists he had come to bond with in that time.
