WANTED: GENEVIEVE DELACROIX
Genevieve Delacroix is available/open on our role play! We have an active Benedict, an active Penelope, and lots of other canons and OCs that would be super excited to plot and post with Genevieve! She’s such a wonderful character who demonstrates what it is to be a strong, independent woman with her own business - something we know was not easy for women during this time period!
We have a fluid timeline, so threads can take place before, during or after any of the seasons and episodes! We also have an AU board for our of canon plots, Muse Memes, Ask the Character activities, and so much more!
For anyone who wishes to take on this character (or any others) come check us out! We are a friendly, inclusive, positive and active community all with one thing in common: our love for Bridgerton!!

Random thoughts 🐝💭
Since we all know that the show will change things from the books, I’d like the show to have Penelope and Genevieve grow much closer while Penelope & Eloise are estranged.
Maybe they’ll bond over the topic of unrequited love and we’ll get some background on why Genevieve was so quick to avoid pursuing things with Benedict.
Perhaps we’ll find out that Gen’s unrequited love story is part of the reason why she is so ambitious with her business and designing her dresses.
What if they drink a little too much and Pen admits that she doesn’t want to become a spinster because she wants to know what it’s like to be kissed and Gen kisses her.
It wouldn’t surprise me at all if the show gave the quiet wallflower a little practice smooching so she can shock Colin with their first kiss.

The Modiste
Studio of François Boucher, The Modiste, probably c. 1746.
Ed. note--what kind of cat is this, just sitting in the chair and not playing with all these ribbons and climbing into the boxes?
