so what I'm getting is that all the memes about Battinson listening to mcr because he's emo were actually secretly right just in the wrong direction he would listen to mcr because it's about hope in suffering and saving people that's the energy I'm getting

#actually it has very apocalypse-verse vibes in that it asks what if there’s nothing I can do about the darkness I’ve got to keep fighting#anyways and then it says what if there’s a better way to actually live in the dark and it’s by bearing a torch to let people know they are#not alone in it and !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in short that IS what I’m getting from all the mcr lyrics I’ve read and or heard#the MOST correct
