I very much want to beat up the Muffle for
1. Disregarding Snork and his warning that his flying ship is particular to liquid fuel rather than his solid fancy rock
2. Getting Stinky himself to help break into the shed and use his fuel on the ship despite literally getting kicked out by Snork because his fuel isn't what he says it is
3. Blowing up Snork's flying ship in the process, which was his dream project since episode one and it got destroyed when it was near-completed along with the shed it was in
4. PLUS it blew up when Snork had publicly announced that his big ol' ship will launch soon, thus disappointing Snork's potential audience due to the destruction of the ship
5. His inventions are things that absolutely defeat their original purpose (a pin that can't prick? A newspaper that reads itself? A purse that groans when you take stuff out [ew??]? Adhesive that only sticks to itself? Also I assumed the man-powered fan gave him super speed but no he just runs very fast for some reason.) While the rest are... Questionable from an inventing standpoint (triangular handkerchief? Square balloon? 5-wheeled car? Hexagonal frying pan? 7-hole button? All of these just sound like novelty items rather than inventions) Like, these inventions are so "out there" that Moominpappa doubts he'd be of any good use to Snork, and this is the same guy who let in a washed up nihilistic Muskrat on the basis that he's a "philosopher".
6. This scene makes him look more menacing than the damn Hobgoblin
7. He keeps thinking people know who he is from his name and hilariously that gets shot down everytime, and he gets mad at them because of it. He even yells "but I'm the Muffle!!" when Snork yells at him for being an imposter.
8. He seems like a washed up novelty artist who is under the impression/delusion that he's an inventor, which... Come to think of it, sounds rather sad.
