After an injury lands Daniel back in his childhood bedroom under the care of his mother, his adolescent fear returns to haunt him.

Despite the pandemic, The Nurturing was able to play some really cool virtual events, including Nightstream. I'm happy to make it available to everyone now, and I hope to get back on the festival circuit in person as soon as it's safe.

Salem Horror Fest presents Mother's Day Massacre, a live presentation of horror shorts so wicked even a mother could love. My newest short film, The Nurturing, will be streaming as part of the event.

Whether you can’t visit your mother due to the quarantine, you’ve been trapped in the house with her for weeks, or if you’re a mom yourself, this is the perfect way to unleash your maternal anxieties from the safety of your home.

The three-hour event consists of two blocks of mother-centric horror shorts separated by a live panel featuring Sady Doyle, Jessica Locke, Rebekah McKendry, and Jennifer Trudrung. Filmmakers - myself included - will also be chatting throughout.
