Hi Starz! For the circus AU how did the Octonauts react to not being able to leave?

Well, it was certainly a shock.

At first, they tried to rationalize it- getting lost in the thick fog and accidentally walking in a circle, a fence of some sort they couldnt find the gate to, maybe they were just really tired, who knows?

But when they realized that they actually couldnt leave……..

Well, Shellington curled into a ball and had a panic attack due to his science based world being shattered and then spent days trying to find a logical explanation that didnt exist

Barnacles locked down and was silent for about a week as he secretly repressed past memories that bubbled up.

Kwazii would explore for hours on end trying to find clues.

Inkling and Dashi tried to comfort the others while avoiding a breakdown themselves

Tweak absorbed herself in fixing the place up

And the crew kept the vegimals in the dark, telling them that they just wanted to explore the carnival for a bit.

This is a new character!! I already love him!! This is badger, his name is Barsum Mekhov, he is a detective and he clearly has suspicions about Amber Smith.

Octo OC August prompts

Days 7 & 8

Ships/ Self ships (Platonic or Romantic) (or happy alone) ! Ofc I had to draw Betsington for this prompttttttt, In the drawing it's just them heading off to bed doing one of their favorite activities; telling each other about what they discovered that day ! Also adding in Day 7 but in text. . .

Making someone angry/ Feeling angry ! This one's gonna be a bit silly but Betsy often gets irritated at Shellington when they sleep because he has a habit of raking his claws through her hair in the night and waking her up ! Similarly Shellington gets upset at Betsy occasionally because she likes reading through the research papers on his desk !

To both Barnacles and Shellington. How did you two feel when your sisters told you that you were going to be uncles? And, what's it like having your nephew/nephew & niece spend time with you?

For me, it was incredible. I remember being at Professor Natquik’s den for Christmas, and Bianca making the announcements during dinner one night. Natquik got so excited that he cried, running to get his old camera to take a million pictures. I may have cried as well.. I was so happy for her.

I was very happy for my sister as well. I was so excited to meet the baby.

we both love spending time with our family. I try to teach the cubs everything I can. I know that they are going to be amazing people.
