Life’s about 3 things.
Corrigan always said life’s about 3 things, the first two are a bit crude and have become an inside joke but the third is magic the gathering. He came over for like maybe an hour or two and we just got to play some EDH again and holy shit did it make me feel a lot better. Got to play melek and almost win with ignite memories. That game reminded me why my phone background is the izzet league symbol. I miss the playgroup. I really do. Some of my best memories growing up were with those guys. Magic the gathering held me together when shit got bad when I couldn’t really go to loved ones and other stuff. Mtg just kinda made it all go away for awhile. Felt good to play again. I’m ready to be alone for awhile. I tried rushing into stuff but that actually made things worse so time to enjoy just breathing. Finding my own happiness in all it’s shapes and sizes.
