Skipper is always so sad...

He is, but understandably so I think. He didn't just go to war; he lost the entire team that he trained himself, an entire fleet of his own folks. To lose one person you cared about is a hard blow. To lose a whole class's worth, and for that to be your own doing? Theres probably a few good reasons he ended up living alone with Sparky and in a hangar in the middle of nowhere.

I think even after Dusty showed up, Skip was...well, he was definitely a whole lot better. But you could still see it in his eyes. He would never truly be the same old bird.

I've been debatong whether or not Dusty and Oscar would have children later on. I mean, obviously they would adopt, but it was always a consideration of both would they want to, and COULD, mostly given Dusty's condition. But I think I've decided that they will. It will be late into the relationship, perhaps just after inevitable marriage, but they'd adopt Zoe at about, oh...five, maybe? I haven't decided quite how old she'll be.

But she's adorable. She's absolutely a social butterfly, and a music lover. She takes her dad's jacket as well (since he doesn't race anymore) and it goes with her when she starts college. I have big plans for lil' miss Zoe!
