Musical theater rant
Why can't there be a thing where you could pay the seat price for the ability to buy a visual recording or see a stream of a Broadway musical for people who can't get to New York. Maybe something similar to Starkid, but it doesn't have to come out immediately but maybe wait a year because by then I still haven't been to New York, I still want to see the show, and it won't ruin the shows box office numbers since it's been a year(even so if I owned a musical on blu-ray it's way more fun to see it live and I would choose that option every time). Also, if they did this (I'm appealing to the business side of things) imagine the money they could still make since you've reached a paying audience who can't go to New York but will still give money for your production. They could make so many more people happy and also gain a decent profit from this endeavor, so why isn't it a thing. Make it happen please!!
Now after being in a conversation with Kris McMeans on which Queen was mentioned I now find myself listening to a playlist of all their best songs.
