Rover and Adventure, dated 4 March 1961. Will Stark - Backwoods Battler cover by Ron Smith. This was a 'story paper' - the stories were text with some illustrations as opposed to being comic strips. I tend not to buy any comics now but I bought this and another issue yesterday in a 'vintage' shop in Portrush. Both were in really nice condition for their age. The other issue, which also had a Ron Smith cover and which I'll post another day, looked almost new. DC Thomson.
