I need help with this. Is this AI?

A friend sent me this, and said that they were scrolling through Reddit when they came across this ad for an upcoming game on Steam. At first glance, I thought, "AI Generated." Though...I looked at the official game page linked on Steam and everything appears to be hand-drawn as they claim it to be.

Most of the comments seemed to agree that it was AI generated, but as a few pointed out, the game had no "Made using generative AI" tag on it on Steam, and another one noted that the lines on the poster (the first one in this post) were way too consistent to be AI, especially the rubble at the bottom. I'm not very good at spotting line inconsistencies, so I can't verify it myself. On that note, the yellow tint seems to be a stylistic choice, which—I'll admit is fitting considering the post-apocalyptic setting of the game. This is also consistent from the people who have gone to the art director's Instagram.

Why do I care so much, you may ask? The game looks really cute and interesting to me and I want to support it, but I don't want to give it just yet if it turns out to be AI. If it's not, it's a shame that the game is already getting flack before it even releases. There's a possibility that it was used for the advertisement while the game is legit, but I'm not sure.
